TYPES OF PUBLICATIONS
CIGRE develops various types of publications:
Technical Brochures: More than 2 500 experts from accross the globe collaborate in a structured work programme with CIGRE to publish Technical Reports. Some 50 Technical Brochures are issued every year.

Green Books: the best reference books available on the market on the various subjects of electrical power networks compiled by CIGRE and its Study Committees.
CIGRE Science & Engineering: The CIGRE journal of selected peer reviewed articles.
Electra: Electra provides information on the results or the progress of the technical activities of CIGRE, on the life of the Association and on the events organised.
Session Papers & Proceedings: CIGRE flagship event held in Paris every two years brings together experts and specialists to interact and discuss. After the Session Papers and contents of the discussions are made available for purchase.
Symposia and Colloquia Papers: In odd numbered years, in different countries, brings together more than 300 delegates. Symposia and Colloquia tend to focus on specific subjects of topical interests. Symposia and Colloquia papers are also made available after the event.
STUDY COMMITTEES
CIGRE Study Committees (SC) publish Technical Brochures and various papers. These publications are sorted by current Study Committee, but you are able to find an old publication by former SC number.
